More About Me
I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been practicing counselling since 2010 and have experience working with students within a local University and also a local charity helping young people with a wide range of emotional, academic and relationship problems.
My counselling room, pictured below, has been designed for comfort with a pleasant private garden aspect in Chandlers Ford. My aim is to create a peaceful space and provide a safe non-judgemental environment for you to come and talk freely about any concerns or difficulties you may be experiencing.
Talking through problems or concerns can help clarify and untangle mixed emotions which might be causing anxiety, stress or depression. I have experience in all of these areas and much more, see right.
